How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings β†’ scroll down to "Restore Purchases" and tap it. Your Pro status will be restored automatically if you previously purchased Melt Pro.

Does Melt collect my data?

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free gives you 3 unrestricted sessions, then 1 exercise per day from 4 categories. Pro unlocks all 102 exercises, all 8 categories, unlimited use, insights, widget, therapy export, and more. One-time purchase, no subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps. We have no control over Apple's refund process.

Is Melt a replacement for therapy?

No. Melt is a self-help tool, not a substitute for professional care. If you regularly experience freeze states, a therapist can help you understand and address the underlying causes.
